As the coronavirus outbreak continues to evolve, I wanted to reassure you that we are continuing to maintain our pre-employment screening service and as a business, whilst we continue to operate, the safety of our employees, customers, families and clients remains our over-riding priority
During this time, we will act responsibly and follow the advice provided by The World Health Organisation and the British Government. We have activated our Business Continuity plan and we have resourced for the provision of home working where appropriate.
As you would expect, many organisations are having to adjust the way they provide services, and this may impact some of the checks we do for you, but we are not expecting any problems at this time. We will continue to keep you informed.
Ongoing communication and teamwork working with you will be key and we can provide assistance with log-in to our systems for remote users at this time. We are aware a number of clients potentially might need more access to the system at this time, so we are happy to help.
We will communicate with you again with any further updates relating to our service.
